Do I need a permit?

No. Our pods are modular and count as furniture, not a building. No permit is required.
How quickly is the pod on-site?

Our standard lead time is 10 working days, provided the chosen variant and colour are in stock. If not, we inform you upfront about the expected lead time.
How much sound damping do the pods offer?

Our silent pods provide sound insulation of up to about 32 dB (STC ±5 dB). Outside conversations are strongly muffled and you can call, video-call, work or meet undisturbed without disturbing your surroundings. A silent pod isn't fully soundproof, but it does create a calm, comfortable and privacy-friendly workspace.
How is this different from cheaper pods?

Mainly sound insulation, build quality and the ventilation system. Our pods offer higher acoustic comfort, are made of premium materials and feature an efficient air-circulation system for a pleasant, healthy environment.
What's included in the price?

All listed prices include the standard furniture matching the selected silent pod. Note that a TV bracket, transport and installation are not included by default and are quoted separately.
Can we relocate the pod later?

Yes — every pod is demountable and moves easily on wheels. In case of an office move the pod simply comes along without any loss of quality.
Can I try a demo?

Yes, you can try any pod in our Enschede showroom. On-site demos by appointment are also possible.
Can I rent a silent pod?

No, we don't offer rentals. We do offer a lease construction that spreads the investment over 15 to 72 months. You pay a fixed monthly amount and settle a 2% final instalment at the end of the term. After that the pod is fully yours — enjoy a premium work or meeting solution without paying the full amount up front.
